Two Berlin ministers have visited Leipzig as plans are pushed forward to strengthen the 7-city network of churches in Germany, in preparation of further pioneering later in 2024.
During the visit, the ministers visited the main campus of Leipzig University and prayed in the college chapel, asking God to bless their mission trip and to open the hearts of students.
They also spent time evangelising, and visited the central church (Thomaskirche), where Johann Sebastian Bach served as the musical director.
Time was also spent visiting the HTWK Leipzig (Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Kultur Leipzig), where they held various outreach activities, and already met numerous young people who expressed interest in attending church and having Bible study.
