During Easter, Ukrainian members could meet the resurrected Christ with hope and faith. On Sunday Kyiv Immanuel Church gathered for the Easter Retreat. The message about the path to Emmaus from Luke 24 was delivered by Pastor Volodymyr. The sermon emphasized on the meaning of death and resurrection and breaking bread.
During the service members also participated in the Holy Communion and testified the goodness of God. One newcomer participated in the Easter service as well. Sister Sophia is receiving Bible study from member Marina Cherniavska and came for the service this time. She has a thirsty spirit for the Word of God.
After the service members had a graceful fellowship with meal and games.
