Emanuel church Bratislava has held a biblical study series on pneumatology and prayer.
An opening lecture was held on John 16:5-15, and continued with 2 Bible studies delivered by the church minister, Pastor Jozef Volansky, covering the teaching about the importance of the coming of Holy Spirit and the spiritual gifts from John 14, Acts 2, and 1 Corinthians 14.
Attendees also held a prayer meeting together and could share fellowship and grace.
The climax of the biblical studies series focused on Acts 2, and the event of the coming of the Holy Spirit in the Early Church, and the prophesy from the book of Joel.
Listeners received abundant grace and deeper insight into the study of pneumatology and shared grace during breaking bread after each session. They also expressed sincere gratitude for the gift of the Holy Spirit that is with us every day in our walk of faith.
